Neeko R queues up Flash afterward if it's pressed during the "jump" animation

If you press Flash during the "jump" part of Neeko's R animation (pressing it late when trying to flash R), it queues up Flash then after you land, it forces you to flash.

R windup animation is so long that you can already tell if your R isn't going to make any plays with or without flash, while you're waiting for it to windup. It's a slap in the face to realize you're wasting your R and not making a play, on top of not pressing flash in time, just to have Neeko land and seemingly self on her own a second or two later when the animation for R finishes.

I figure you all might want to fix the bug before the new Star Guardian Neeko skin comes out, since there is no way a sane person would have this as intended mechanics of Neeko R.

This is working as intended, you can cancel the buffer by putting any other input in, like walking. The same thing happens with any form of CC (Neeko ult is a self-cc move). For example, if you are in Zhonya's, and you press flash and make no other inputs, you will flash as soon as you get out of stasis. It was a QoL update that they did a long time ago
