[REPLAY] highlight recorder overwriting same title over one session

When I start watching a replay, every highlight I record is saved under the same name until I quit and restart the replay. This means whatever I record gets overwritten by the most recent recording.

Also sometimes audio stops working halfway through the clip, or doesn't work altogether
