Malzahar ulti bugged

Malz's ulti is beyond bugged. Literally every game I play with him I run into something different. Some times, I'll ult somebody and they will gain hp for the first couple seconds. Other times, I'll ult somebody and it will attach to them/damage them, but won't suppress them. Other times it goes on cool down, but no animations occur and no damage is ever dealt. Also, if you ult somebody right as they flash, in some instances they will still get ulted. EX: had a tf flash over a wall into the jungle out of my vision as I ulted him, and my ult reached him in the jungle, in the fog of war, and suppressed/killed him.

*No, none of these effects are caused by items/abilities/ect. There were no banshees, spell shields, ect being used at the times these problems happened.
