Kog ult hitbox
The hitbox on Kog's ulti is beyond broken. There is almost no way to avoid taking damage from it. So long as he is sort of kinda almost close to hitting you, you take full damage.

play some kog yourself. it's not easy to land. at all. i have like 40k mastery points on AP kog; shit's not easy. if a kog is consistently landing ults on you, it's because he's out-mindgaming you and knows your dodge patterns.
