Fervor Not processed by Illaoi abilities

Decided that now that fervor is more suitable for illaoi. tried it out again.

her Q, W, and R dont give stacks or retain stacks. and while Grasp of the Undying will proc on the spirit. fervor also doesnt. not even as an ability.
