[SKIN] Project: Pyke loses his quotes after ult

After killing enemy with your ultimate while playing Project: Pyke you will notice lack of his quotes, such as joke, taunt, attack or long move. Sound effects, such as his abbility sounds and dance music are not affected. The only way to fix it is to DIE.

Step by step recreation:

1. Pick Pyke with skin Project: Pyke.
2. Reach lvl 6.
3. Kill (execute) enemy champion with your ultimate.
4. Congratulations! You lost your quotes! Now you may die in peace and regain them.

While im here i want to notice a Kai'Sa voice bug, where she keeps saying her "get healed by an ally" quotes ("Thanks", "Just what i needed" etc.) when getting healed from ocean drake or lifesteal runes.
