[GAMEPLAY] Syndra W bug not granting gold on minion when thrown and killed from second cast

As a Syndra main, this bug has been happening multiple times every few games, and this is especially frustrating given that Syndra was supposed to have this bug fixed a few patches ago. This is EVEN MORE frustrating because this can happen when you pick up a cannon minion, throw it, it dies, but you get no gold from it. It happens as seen in the video below (Syndra w --> pickup minion --> throws minion and kills it --> grants no gold but dies). Please fix this ASAP, as it causes me and other Syndra players to lose out on multiple minions that are worth a lot of gold (especially cannon minions!!)
