[CLIENT] Can't gift friends skins?

Trying to gift a friend a random skin but i'm getting this error: "You are unable to send this gift for one of the following reasons: We are sorry - the system has experienced an error. Please contact us at support.riotgames.com."

I tried restarting my client still nothing.

I'm getting this same problem... Anyone got a fix? Also hey dude I played in a game with you yesterday lmao
