Autofill Glitch

I got autofilled three times in a row. The autofill protection didn't activate after the first one I guess. I had mid and adc selected, and I got autofilled jungle, jungle and support. It said I was autofill protected (at the bottom, in queue for a game) but I still got autofilled. I am 100% sure I had mid and adc selected.
