Isn't Lissandra's speech supposed to trigger after five minutes or so of the end screen in ARAM?

I just sat for about 10 minutes (I was spectating) at the end game screen and never heard Lissandra's speech. Is this a bug, or should I have waited longer? :P

It doesnt work with spectating , you need to play and win an aram game

Don't think it is sopposet to work for spectator mode as you are not coded into the game.
