I do not think this was intended but after Alistar received his texture updateI noticed his basic attack wind-up is very much longer than before, it feels 3X longer than pre-update this is annoying because I main Alistar
I can totaly confirm that. After the first game with Alistar I had to check my runes. It felt as if those 3 attack speed quints werent even there. The massive aa wind-up time makes him attack around 15% slower than usual. When you are top, most of the other champs can hit you and run away before you raise your hand to trade back.
