Velkoz ultimate bug

Was playing a fun little team builder as . Doing the usual... duh... winning. Owned this in lane like no tomorrow. I took a stroll through jungle to bot lane, snuffed some of that free farm, when all of a sudden a wild appeared to poke' battle. I hit him with a 1.. 2.. Buckle my she E W Q W then Ulti, when suddenly he ults. Lo and behold, my ultimate animation was still going on him, but he was taking ZERO damage, meanwhile I'm eating a full Malz ultimate. He just needed another half second of my ult to die, but this animation was on him for the entire duration of his ult and he took nothing. I die, he doesn't.

I understand being suppressed, so please don't point that out. If you're going to allow Velkoz's, or any channeled/non-channeled aoe ultimate to keep going through a Suppression ulti, then at least let it continue doing its damage. Otherwise, stop everything, and just let suppression ultimates rule the game.
