MAJOR J4 VISUAL BUG

Lets just say it out right. Jarvin IV's auto attack animations don't work AT ALL unless you are hitting a turret.

I tried posting this before but apparently nobody cares. It was like this at the start of the patch and it still hasn't been fixed.
