Champ Select Error

Had Shyvana selected as last pick. Neither team had picked or banned her. Got the message that there was an error selecting my champion. Tried changing to another and back, but the client wouldn't let me select her.

"Lock In" was available and lit up, but clicking it got the error message. Now I have a dodge timer.
