Teleport and mouse cursor

I thought it was a bug or accident the first couple times, but I went into practice tool and found that, when you teleport, your mouse is treated as being where you were rather than where it is when you arrive in your new location.

I tested it on Shyvana and, with my camera at my TP location and mouse forward, I ult in the direction of my departure location instead of to my cursor. It may be a split second thing, but that's where my cursor is, so I don't understand why the game would see me as targeting any other location.
