Skill Cooldown Timer

Some skills are not properly showing the remaining cooldown time, like how it goes in a clockwork countdown. Syndra's ult is the one I've mainly noticed it on and a few other champs. Not sure if it is just me or not. Locket of the Iron Solari also is doing it.
