I was watching a replay of my game and I noticed [what i think] is a Braum passive bug

I am not sure how to record gameplay however if curious here is the link to the full game (15/5/8) Skip to 20:10 for the teamfight, Recommended .5 speed when Annie and Renekton are fighting in the bush at 20:25 for a clear view of the Braum Passive reset Watch Renekton tele in, dash towards the Braum Braum puts his passive on Renekton and then Annie(me) duel it out in the bush Notice how I get 2 AA off on him and he is 1 AA from being stunned I Stun him with Q and go away from the bush He dashes towards me and I AA and for some reason the Braum passive resets completely nearly costing me the duel
