[Gameplay] - Visual Bug - Lunar Wraith Morgana - Tormented Soil not appearing on ground, only river

Environment:

• seen in ranked 5v5 and in custom 5v5, PC; 6.17

Steps to reproduce:

• Select Lunar Wraith Morgana
• use W/tormented soil by the red side's bot jungle entrance at the river

Expected result:

• whole affected area appears TORMENTED

Actual result:

• affected area on "ground" instead of "water" does not have visual indication of tormented soil spellcast
