[Gameplay] - Champ Select - Ashe Skin Name not changing when new skin selected (Woad/Sherwood)

Ashe Skin Select Bug

Env: Ranked 5v5, PC, 6.17

Steps to reproduce:

select Ashe as your champion
click heartseeker ashe
click woad ashe
click standard skin
click sherwood forest ashe

Expected Result:

when clicking woad ashe, the name of that skin would appear; when clicking sherwood forest ashe, the name of that skin would appear

Actual Result:

Heartseeker continues to display; standard skin name continues to display

Note: this did not appear to be an issue with freljord or heartseeker for me

It's because you don't own those skins. The name that shows is the current selected skin that will be used when you get into game, selecting a skin unavailable just keeps the chosen skin as the previous one. It's really weird and I don't like it but that's how it works.
