[Gameplay] - Champ Select - Ashe Skin Name not changing when new skin selected (Woad/Sherwood)

Env: Ranked 5v5, PC, 6.17

Steps to reproduce:

• select Ashe as your champion
• click heartseeker ashe
• click woad ashe
• click standard skin
• click sherwood forest ashe

Expected Result:

• when clicking woad ashe, the name of that skin would appear; when clicking sherwood forest ashe, the name of that skin would appear

Actual Result:

• Heartseeker continues to display; standard skin name continues to display

Note: this did not appear to be an issue with freljord or heartseeker for me
