Flex Solo Bug...?

I think I found a bug... If I go into flex, I can queue up as one. I haven't tried to go into a game, but it allows you to search for a game. This may be game breaking, so Rito, plz notice me and this bug :)

Btw, I'm on a Mac, if that helps (I know, I game on a Mac)

The only restriction on flex queue as far as party size is no party of 4 may queue.
