Ever since 6 months there has been a Katarina bug, it happens really rarely, but when someone flashes right as you cast your E, you blink to where they flashed from, but don't do any damage to them, it's cost me a couple kills and I really hate it. Please fix!

i think she is supposed to deal dmg to a target near her. For example if lee sin had flashed where trundle previously was he would be hit by katarina. gonna upvote anyway for riots to take a look
