Since I started maining Katarina I've been playing her and yet I can't do the teleporting when killing using her passive and E. I just get resets but even if I click on an ally I can't use E for a duration. But when I see some youtubers/streamers, even other Katarina players, they can. If there's something I could know, it would be awesome. ^^

as a kata main ive found that ping delay really has a change on jumping in and out with shunpo noticed when they changed na server
