Anivia's skins

Im not sure if anyone has noticed this, but there is a bug with anivia's blackfrost skin. I recall reading a post from about 7 months ago (I can't find it, but I think it exists somewhere) that said that this bug applies to all her skins. Anyway, this bug is that her q's stun/damage radius is rather erratic, so it is very hard to hit anyone with it. If the dev's would fix this, I would be most appreciative.
