Hextech Not Working

Every time I try to open a chest or disenchant, it's telling me that it is failed/not working. Tried restarting client, still not working. Thought I should let someone know!

I agree. Nothing in the Loot tab is working for me. I've reset my computer and everything. Even did a full repair. It's broken. :(
