[Gameplay] Rekenton W doing damage through blind

I tested this in custom after it happened to me in game. The wiki says it still stuns but does not do damage, however when blinded by blinding dart, I was still able to stun AND damage Teemo for what I am pretty sure was full damage. Can anyone else confirm this happening?
