[Gameplay] Deathcap refund not reducing ap

Steps to reconstruct:

1. have a blasting wand and needlessly lard rod in your inventory
2. upgrade to deathcap, gain 30% more ap
3. click the refund button once, your ap does not go back down

I did not get the opportunity to test if buying other ap items with the refunded money fixes it, however I did run the test twice.
