2 for 1 rune page bundle doesn't show up in the store's Bundles tab for me.

Just what the title says.

Now I've tried logging out and back in already but that didn't work. I also couldn't find any other topic on this situation so I apologize in advance if one was made about this issue already.

Now maybe it's just because I don't have enough IP to get it and that's why it's showing up, but when I think about it, that doesn't really make a whole lot of sense now does it now?

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated here.
