Cant Create game, start game, leave lobby, hit play again

Post game play again button didnt work I tried to create a game lobby and the "confirm" button was greyed out. Then it randomly put me in a party with one of my friends and it said he was in the lobby when he wasnt. Starting the queue made the button noise, but I was not actually placed in a queue. I also was unable to leave the lobby without exiting client.

He is also having the same problems as I am.

Edit: Ranked queues are disabled now so I guess its being solved!
