[CLIENT] Tahm Kench ult description in champ select

I noticed Tahm Kench was on F2P this week, and as I hovered my mouse over his icon in champ select to see his moves, His ult had no description on it.

Not sure if this is a bug or not, but I thought it should be addressed.
