I went from 1hp to full hp in one aa is this normal?? Edit: I was reported by all 5 people on the other team for using scripts because of what happened in the video

I don't know what scripts has anything to do with it, but you did hit brand and the one minion for no damage (according to the video) then, your next shot did 2.5k+ damage on the cannon minion, with a 250ish damage on the originally hit minion. I'm guessing it was a bug.
What appears to have happened is a delay in counting the lifesteal for the first two hits (brand and caster minion), which looks like it was added into the cannon minion's hit. If you had received the LS from brand and the caster, you would have had a lot more HP, then, when you hit the caster and the cannon again (with the passive) it filled you up the rest of the way.
Watch carefully at 15 seconds in your video and you'll see the particles for Warlord's Bloodlust come out from the cannon minion that gets critted for 2559 damage. Warlords gives 50% lifesteal on an energized attack at level 18. Combine that with your other items and masteries and you have 87% lifesteal for that one attack which means you're healing for over 2000 HP.
