My worst game so far

After this happened: https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/bug-report/a4joEv4H-unable-to-lock-in-champion-pick I went back into draft and finally got my chance to play jax, but holy shit it was hell. Firstly, at spawn I was unable to go past the barriers at base even after they had disappeared and all my teammates had all gone past them, then while I was fighting my first buff with lane help, the damage the monster was taking was severely delayed, and I stood there for at least 10 seconds attacking it while it was already dead, then I went to wolf camp, again the damage delay, but after I killed all 3 wolves, the last small wolf didn't disappear, and stayed there attacking me while its HP bar was gone. Later, after ganking midlane, I went and fought the opponent's birds, and while I was fighting, the opponent support attacked me from brush, but my midlane came in and pushed him back. during that time, I had already killed the big bird and only 2 small birds were remaining, and I was in the brush facing midlane fighting them. after I assumed I had killed them because of the damage delay issues, I tried walking out of the brush, then the game started glitching like crazy. I would walk a couple steps out, then it would throw me back into the brush then send me back into the camp, but I would get blocked by the birds, and this happened for almost a minute, then a red mark appeared on me, not sure what it was, and I instantly teleported to base, but my hp was not regenerating. I was near death the whole time this happened. I teleported back to the birds camp, then back to base over and over again for a few minutes, then it showed that I had been killed by the enemy support, but my screen didn't go gray, and instead of the respawn timer popping up, I teleported straight back to base, but still did not regenerate health, and my health bar had not gone down to zero even after it said that I had died. I tried walking out of base, but a few steps out teleported me back to the bird camp then back to base again. I tried walking out again, and was finally able to move freely, but then the recall circles started appearing under me and moving with me (because I had clicked to recall to try to stop all the glitching earlier. I stopped a bit until the recall circles disappeared, then walked into my jungle, and my hp finally went back to full (instantly). I went in midlane to try to gank, but again more issues. I walked into the lane and nothing responded, my autoattacks didn't even start, I just stood there in front of the opponent and both our health bars were going down, but nothing was happening. I clicked to move back behind my turret, and the opponent moved back to their turret. A few seconds of waiting and I teleported back to the battle, fighting minions, and the opponent was gone. I teleported between those two spots for a bit, then the screen finally showed that I had killed the opponent. Later in the game, my specials were not activating them when I wanted them to activate, cooldowns weren't showing, and my specials reappeared instantly after I activated them, without showing cooldown, but I couldn't activate them. A few times during the game I was able to see opponents in the fog of war for a few seconds after they left ally view. Didn't feed too hard that game but it was literal hell.

Also during the late game, the blood moon map ghosts started appearing on the map. I don't know if there are champions/items/wards that can spawn that but they were there, floating around giving vision.

ALSO: during the entire game my ping was <100 and my internet was perfectly fine, so no this isn't an issue on my side.
