[GAMEPLAY] Thunderlord's decree ignores Yasuo's windwall

There is currently a significant bug that involves Yasuo's windwall and the keystone mastery "Thunderlord's Decree". I noticed it when I was playing Yasuo mid vs an enemy Quinn who took the mastery. She charged up the keystone by using her E and an autoattack and then used her Q, but I managed to windwall it. As expected, the Q did no damage and had no effect, but Thunderlord's decree was still triggered and did damage to me, even though the Q never actually hit me. This happened multiple times and I think it's a serious issue. I tried recording it but didn't manage to. Would be cool if someone could look into this.
