got the exact same problem. got my comp yesterday and it just wont download fullly

Same problem and even the same number it stopped at. If a Riot dev sees any of my posts I hope they announce a fix soon cause Im pretty sure its the LoLPatcher.exe file that's causing this problem cause my internet and everyone elses is fine and if people can download Payday 2 fine, why not this game?
