D3dx9_43.dll Missing Error

This is my first time reporting a problem to league. Every time I start the lol patcher from my desktop I get a "the program can't start because d3dx9_43.dll is missing from your computer. try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

I have googled' how to fix this problem. but the problem isn't all that serious just annoying. what happens is I click on the icon I get that message I hit okay and the patcher will still open. I click launch and sign in. I hit play and then im in the champ select screen. when it turns into the loading screen ii get the same message. I wont load into the game until I hate okay. this problem doesn't affect whether I can play it is just a miscommunication between league and DirectX. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and I still get the same thing. all solutions I saw from google didn't help either.

if you can suggest something other than look for an update for directX or restart your computer, im listening.
