Attempting to Reconnect straight to finished game

Playing a ranked match tonight and got an Attempting to Reconnect message. Second on of the night in different modes. Exit league and reconnect cause it worked last time. Can't connect. Get error message. Client goes to honor screen. Game is over. Lost LP. What happened?

Edit: This started happening today, never before. My guess is something with the patch.
