Annie's passive is bugged and she should be disabled for now. Submitted a bug report. Feel free to watch my last match. She's getting infinite stuns because her passive isn't being consumed on full stacks so every spell is getting the stun effect. PLEASE DISABLE IMMEDIATELY!
