[GAMEPLAY] Night Hunter Rengar Missing Q VFX

Missing since 8.7 Savagery hotfix, every other Rengar skin Q visual effect is working propertly except for the Night Hunter. His blue Q trails following his knifes when stabbing the enemy are missing.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Pick Night Hunter Rengar skin
2. Q the enemy
3. Q VFX won't show up
