ignite bug

so it said my ignite should deal 150 true dmg over 5 sec which means its a dot at 30 true dmg each sec. but i saw that when i ignited this annie it ticked 4 times over a 5 sec duration and she survived with 19 hp. because i saw her hp drop 3 times then one more time after 2 sec. fix this bug riot please
