Nasus doesn't continue attempting to auto-attack after Q

Nasus is bugged this patch. He completely STOPS doing anything after you Q an enemy. I'm a long time Nasus player and this behavior is completely out of the ordinary, he's definitely bugged. I was just playing a game and this happened TWICE as I was chasing an enemy champs to finish them off and it irritated the hell out of me to see him keep stopping.
