Death By Revive?

Game Mode: Legend of the Poro King

So while playing tonight, I couldn't help but to notice a couple of rather unusual deaths between my boyfriend and I while playing Poro King. Both of us died to the enemy teams Mundo... through the use of Revive? I am very confused by this and am unsure what to think. My boyfriend says that Mundo was alive when he met his fate. Mundo was dead when I was killed in the same manner.

Any ideas? I don't want to scream hacker when I don't know enough about that sort of thing to be sure. Or is it just some weird bug?
