Client goes wrong during champ select

Seriously Riot? My friends and I start a normal draft mode, we wait an eternity, so I click out of the client. I have to wait 5 minutes until I can join a game. Fair enough. So we're all pissed off because the new system pretty much has so many bugs, we can't enjoy it. So we decide to just go with blind pick, and what do you know, I can't even press on the screen or close my client in the upper right hand corner because the client is gray all over. So I can only close out of the client by using task manager. And I get punished even more for that as "queue dodging". Seriously Riot, get your shit together before I stop contributing as a paying player.
