Sticky auto attacks

I was wondering if anyone else has been having sticky auto attacks recently playing marksmen or maybe its just my mouse? it seems like sometimes instead of kiting i just end up attacking the same thing when i've clicked off already.

Also theres for sure a bug where health bars on champs and towers appear full and then chunk down if you havent seen them recently . like say you check bot lane and it looks like they are getting one shot but really the health bar is updating all the damage its taken since you've last seen it. altough im sure that one has been addressed already.
