Rammus Visual Bug

Rammus appears to teleport from where he was last seen to where he actually is once he comes into a player's vision.

This happens when Rammus is spotted by an ally, ward, and/or minion and then uses Q - Powerball out of vision and then enters vision. This bug only occurs for players not on Rammus' team (as far as I know)
