Rune Purchase Bug

I wanted to test the damage of the Headshot passive on with critical strike chance marks because what else is there to do with IP after you own all the champs.

So I went to buy some in the store. I search for them and purchase 8 Greater Mark of Critical Chance. My total IP gets charged and I head to my rune pages. When I go in the "Marks" section I only find 1, which was bought long ago when I tried to get a lucky crit about 2 years ago.

I say to myself,"Oh, I must have bought a tier 1 or 2 rune, oops haha..."

I go back to the store and buy 8 more, this time my face is right up on my monitor to make sure I am buying the right rune. My IP is charged 3280 IP again and I check my rune pages. Surprise, still only 1 owned.

Now, slightly annoyed I try the store once more, but this time I buy only 1.

-410 IP Check rune pages, still only 1...

Now extremely confused and annoyed I go to buy some useless rune that shouldn't even exist anymore. Find Greater Seal of Scaling Mana for 410 IP. I buy and check runes again, doesn't even exist.

So, now I just here wondering if I can maybe get my 6970 IP refunded? I mean I know I won't really need it... or maybe get the runes added to my account?
