Client Frequent Crashes

So why does the client crash and end up making me dodge queues every other game when i press accept or change matery pages? Is Riot even aware of this/working on this or are they just circle jerking on the piles of money from Hextech Scamming Crafting, or has the aura of confusion of how to correctly balance champs infected the client?
