[GAMEPLAY] Azir ultimate not applying the knockback in Patch 4.19

Azir's ultimate is not properly applying the knockback when hitting enemy champions. The wall simply passes through them.

Very easy to recreate.

  1. I started a bot game and farmed to level 6, learning Emperor's Divide
  2. I used Arise! into Conquering Sands to apply a slow to an enemy champion (not sure if this affects how the ultimate will apply)
  3. Once in range, I use Emperor's Divide on the enemy champion. The damage seems to be applied, but not the knockback. The enemies were not able to pass through the wall once it was placed, but they would not be knocked back by it when summoned.

I noticed that the knockback on Emperor's Divide was applied 2 out of the 6 times I used my ultimate in a normal game. I tried to recreate the bug in a custom game and did so twice.

I love Azir! Please fix him for realz! Q_Q

[EDIT] I discovered the trigger for the bug! Enemies ignore the knockback of Azir's ult WHEN A SOLDIER IS ON TOP OF THEM. For whatever reason, if one of Azir's soldiers is actually in auto attack range of an enemy, that enemy will not be knocked back by Emperor's Divide. I have tested this a few times and it has been the case without fail.

There is no excuse for riot to have not disabled him with all these latent bugs. Grats on discovery of the no knockback. Still need to figure out how some champs are moving through the wall or skilling over it when previously they could not. (not talking about flash of course)

I can confirm this, the ult it's just a waste of mana, don't play Azir until is fixed :(

At least they fixed the tower ramp up damage and Qs range now applies correctly on soldiers ...
