Zac W Bug

Patch notes mentioned his w is getting an ap scaling and currently is not active in client it seems. Also on a side note, it did not mention this in patch notes however it was reverting zac back to his old ultimate which dropped goo for each new enemy hit and right now it drops none. That may be as intended but figured I would mention that here as the goo would synergies with the w that currently is not showing correctly.
