Quests not working....again

I just completed 3 of the mission quests (one is close to expiring) and got no credit for them. I also received no progress on the multiple game quests. So your quest system is down....again... I am about to have missions expire and wanted to get them done and incapable of doing so. I do not know what is so different from this event from others besides talk of a new team but this event has been bugged severely from day one.
