Went from gold V to silver V?

I was in gold V, moving up to gold IIII. But I had things to do and couldn't play for a while and I finally log in to see I'm silver V. What is this treachery?

Edit: While recording I realized that I am an idiot. I was never gold V, I was always in Silver V. Sorry to waste your time people!

UPDATE: Just checked, you've literally never been anywhere near even being out of Silver V.

You've done good, but you were never Gold. Also, the roman numeral for 4 is IV, not IIII.
