Post Game Client Bug

Sometimes this doesn't happen, but recently it has. The client bugs out and stays on a "Skip waiting for stats" screen. Usually I don't care because I don't look at it anyway. But the times I do need to report someone for being toxic and saying things like "Kys", thats when I get annoyed because I cant report anywhere else but the post game screen.
